This is a boost put in place by your employer: for any payment made in your plan (voluntary payments, participation and/or profit-sharing bonus, rest days not taken) andaccording to the conditions provided for in the company agreement, the company completes this paymentwith a defined amount , within the limit of 3 times its payment and the legal individual ceilings.
Example: your company matches your payments by 300% up to €1000. If you pay €100 into your savings plan then your company will supplement your payment with a matching contribution of €300, before deduction of the CSG/CRDS.
