What is a subsidy?

This is a boost put in place by your employer: for any payment made into your plan (voluntary payments, participation and/or incentive bonus, unused rest days) and according to the conditions provided for in the company agreement, the company supplements this payment with a defined amount , up to a limit of 3 times its payment and the legal individual ceilings.

Example: your company matches your contributions by 300% up to €1000. If you contribute €100 to your savings plan, your company will match your contribution up to €300, before deduction of CSG/CRDS.
