All major heirs
- Certificate of safekeeping* signed by each of the other co-heirs and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document for each
- Or Power of Attorney providing that the payment will be sent to the person who presents a nominative power of attorney signed by each of the other co-heirs and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document for each
- And RIB of the safe
- And the reimbursement request duly completed, dated and signed
In the presence of minor heir(s)
- Agreement (order/certificate) from the Guardianship Judge for the payment of funds into the hands of the surviving parent
- And RIB in the name of the surviving parent or in the name of the minor
- Or In the absence of a surviving parent, the judgment of the District Court formalizing the appointment of a guardian
- And RIB mentioning the name of the minor as beneficiary of the account
